Town Management records water meters every 5 to 15 each month. Recording is important because it deals with the issuing of bills received each month. However, the team frequently found some water meter recording constraints that affect the error in recorded water meter or not recorded water meter.
Constraints are often found among water meters in a closed and locked condition. There is frequently a pile of goods above the water meter, so the meter water is closed and cannot be reached. This also causes the state of dirty water meters and difficult to record. In addition, the water meter is located inside the house, so officers cannot reach the water meter.
