LPCK RECORDED REVENUE OF RP1,54 TRILLION FY 2016

Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia. Tuesday,  28 February 2017. PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (“LPCK”) today announced audited financial results for the financial year ended Desember 31, 2016. Amid macroeconomy’s slowdown and weakening of the Rupiah, the Company reported Total Revenue of Rp1,54 trillion, Gross Profit of Rp711 b‎illion, EBITDA of Rp600 billion and Net Profit of Rp540 billion.

Toto Bartholomeus, President Director of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, said:  “LPCK’s achievement in Revenue and Net Income for the year 2016 were in line with the slowdown in Indonesia’s property sector. However, with LPCK’s investment scale in the infrastructure, we believe LPCK will soon bounce back to sustain its growth and profitability.”

The Residential Housing & Apartment’s Revenues of Rp703 billion representing 46% from Total Revenue. Revenue from Commercial and Shophouses of Rp336 billion contributed 22% from Total Revenue while Revenue from Industrial of Rp240 billion comprising 15% from Total Revenue.

LPCK’s Recurring Revenue increased by 13% to Rp267 billion in 2016 from Rp237 billion in 2015, contributing 17% fromTotal Revenues in 2016.

Total Assets were slightly increased by 3% to Rp5,65 trillion from Rp5,48 trillion in 2015.

LPCK has prepared Orange County as a sustainable project for future growth.

Orange County is a world class mixed-use development– the Globally Connected City, as a hub of business activities and lifestyle in Eastern Jakarta corridor, on an area of ​​322 hectares, with estimated project value of Rp250 trillion. Six residential towers have already been launched and 87% sold. The 5th and 6th apartment towers are a joint venture between Lippo Group and Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan.
