The signing ceremony, which took place on Wednesday (9/7) at Kemang Village in South Jakarta, were done by President Director PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk Toto Bartholomeus, Director PT Mitsubishi Corporation Indonesia and President Director PT Diamond Realty Investment Indonesia Takashi Ito, and Presiden Direktur PT Kajima Indonesia Shinji Irie.

Newport Park, as it is known, is an apartment will be build by the joint-venture between the Lippo Group and Japanese Mitsubishi Corporation at Orange County.

The apartment will be the first in Jakarta Eastern corridor that offers smart apartment features, like retinal access security system, smart doorlock system, smart lighting, and prospective to invest to be rent with returns at about 20%.
