Ltd.to co-design and co-develop the new “Indonesia-Shenzhen Industrial Estate” in Lippo Cikarang. This ambitious project is estimated to have a total investment value of approx. IDR 190 trillion (US$ 14.5 billion).These important Chinese investors recognize Lippo Group’s many years of experience, local knowledge, and development expertise in the construction and the successful operation of a world-class industrial estate. The Lippo Group welcomes the synergies the Shenzhen Yantian Port Group Co., Ltd, and Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. will provide to the success of this proposed project.
