Stock Watch (Jakarta) - Property company PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) in cooperation with the operator of Jababeka industrial estate have planned to build a direct acces from Cikarang tollroad to Jababeka this year.

"The budget required for building the direct access is IDR100 billion. We both will finance the budget at 50-50% portion," Lippo Cikarang's finance director Susanto said during the company's public expose here at the weekend.

Susanto said the company also has planned to build an interchange road with length of 10 km that spreads from Cikarang industrial estate (Bekasi) to MM2100, EJIP (East Jakarta Industrial Park) industrial estates, Lippo Cikarang and Deltamas.

He said the interchange road will be connected with Cikarang-Cibarusah flyover that leads to Jababeka industrial estate, but he did not mention about the project value and schedule.

On that ocassion, Lippo Cikarang's managing director Harun Permadi said the company will build a gas network in Delta Silikon I and II industrial estates by the mid of this year. "We have appointed a consultant that will carry out a survey and mapping as a preparation step," he said. (irawan/bw)
