Penjualan Lippo Cikarang Naik 40 Persen
Jakarta (Jakarta News) March 15, 2008. ---- Property Sales of PT. Lippo Cikarang Tbk. for the period of January to February 2008 increased 40% or Rp 70 miliar compared to same period last year and this achievement is said to be on target compared to the projected sales estimate.
"Out of the total of Rp 70 Miliar, 50% was contributed from residential sector, 15% from the commercial sector and 35% from industrial sector," according to General Manager of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk. Bpk. Endang Sutrisna in Cikarang, Jawa Barat, Saturday.
"Even with the increase in the price of Lippo Cikarang property of around 5-8 percent, it does not affect the buying power of buyers due to the fact that most of them work around Cikarang and prefer to buy houses here," he said.
"Traffic congestions, toll fees and petrol consumption made employees around Cikarang choose to purchase homes in Cikarang," Endang said.
He added that various positive factors also contributed to the increase in sales of Lippo Cikarang property such as the range of facilities available in the estate.
"We target to sell around 800-1000 houses and shophouses until the end of 2008," he said.
According to Endang Sutrisna, to anticipate the increasing number of buyers, Lippo Cikarang decided to offer buyers with a promotional package in the form of KPR 6.99% fixed for two years with Bank Mandiri and Bank BNI.
And also for the purchase of Robsons Square, buyers stand a chance to win a motorbike.
