Lippo Cikarang Advancing the Services

In effort to further improve services to customers, Lippo Cikarang conducts a Service Excellent Training for Customer Service, Tenant Relations, and Security. The activity took place at Multifunction Room PT Lippo Cikarang, Tbk on 6 to 7 August 2019.

Deputy Division Head of Lippo Cikarang Residential CDD, Retno Isworo said “This training is a refreshment for all Customer Service, Tenant Relations, and Securty in Lippo Cikarang to implement the principles of Service Excellent to be able to provide excellent service”. This training also equipped with a variety of knowledge and techniques that could be useful in various situations when dealing with customers, she explained.

In addition to providing material, this activity was enlivened by group activities which were a combination of the Customer Service, Tenant Relations, and Security teams. This group activity became a comprehension test for the participants. The group with the highest score has the opportunity to get a prize.
