Sanko Solfan Holdings, the developer of the Palm Spring Serviced Apartment, celebrated the second birthday of the residential building located at the Casa De Lago Lippo Cikarang, since it’s officially operated at the end of September 2016. The ceremony was held at the Palm Spring Service Apartment, on the 7th October 2018.
Palm Spring Serviced Apartment is managed as a hotel, with four room types: Standard Rooms with an area of 40.81m2 and 44.88m2, and Deluxe Rooms with an area of 49.94m2 and 52.91m2. The hotel rooms are rented at a price of IDR 24.5 million/month, with typical Japanese services and facilities.

“This serviced apartment with modern and simple Japanese-style designs, is considered as the most desirable apartment in East Jakarta Corridor, whichcan be seen from the 100% occupancy rate from the 126 rooms rented,” said Vice President Director & General Manager Sanko Soflan Indonesia, Ryohei Matsukubo.

All apartment dwellers come from Japan, because since the initial operation in September 2016, this apartment is targeting the expatriate market coming from the Sakura Country. Entering the building, visitors are greeted by the security officers in Japanese. The typical Japanese facilities provided are the Ofuro (Japanese bathing place), mini golf, lounge, and Japanese restaurant ‘Khaihomaru’.

Now Japan is the largest expatriate community in Lippo Cikarang, with more than 4000 Japanese companies operating in the city and surrounding industrial areas. This number continues to grow every year.
