IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SECURITY

As security enhancement in the Lippo Cikarang, the TMD Protective Services Department  cared to improve the competence of the security personnel in Service of Excellence and other skills, by providing a training held on 7-22 December 2017 for as many as 650 Lippo Cikarang security officers.

The training was held at the PT Lippo Cikarang, Tbk. regional office at Easton Commercial Center, Lippo Cikarang. The purpose of the training was to improve the knowledge and expertise of the security officers to meet the residents’ expectations, in order to provide a sense of security in doing their  activities in Lippo Cikarang.

The training received considerable attention and support from the CEO, Board Of Directors, HRD, and Bekasi Police. Senior Coaches from Lippo Cikarang, such as Yuandrias,  Retno Isworo, Agna Sujuddiena, and Nami Sato, the Bekasi Police Substation also presented AKBP YS Muryono to give training lesson.

With the slogan “Orderly, Watchful, Safe, Friendly”, it is expected that security officers can implement and improve the quality of service for the residents and communities.
