President Commissioner: Ketut Budi Wijaya

Ketut Budi Wijaya, brings his in-depth experience in accounting and corporate finance. He started to assume his position as President Commissioner at Lippo Cikarang since April 2009. He concurrently serves as President Director of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. Prior to this, Bapak Ketut Budi Wijaya held several executive positions within Lippo Group, including PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk, PT Multipolar Tbk, and PT Bank Lippo Tbk. He has also worked for Bridgestone Tire Indonesia and Darmawan & Co. public accountant firm.

Vice President Commissioner: Ivan Setiawan Budiono

Ivan Budiono, age 53, commenced his career at PT Bank Lippo Tbk, from 1987 to 2004 he was assigned to various senior positions as Regional Head, Branch Banking Group Head, Central Credit Group Head, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Commercial Banking. Prior to joining Lippo Karawaci, he was the President Director/CEO of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk from 2005 – 2011. Mr. Budiono graduated from the Chemical Engineering Faculty of the University of Southern California - Los Angeles in 1983 and obtained his MBA degree in 1986 from the Loyola Marymount University - Los Angeles.

Independent Commissioner: Ganesh Chander Grover

Ganesh Chander Grover, with his vast experiences in Finance and Accounting, hold the position of Commissioner since 1999. He has held the position of CFO for Bist Industrial Corporation of India, Financial Analyst with USAID and CFO of Group Usaha Trisakti University in Indonesia. Mr. Grover joined PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk in 1990 as Director. He concurrently serves as President Commissioner and Commissioner of several listed companies. He earned a Bachelor Degree from Panjab University, India and obtained his Certified Chartered Accountant qualification from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, New Delhi.

Independent Commissioner: Sugiono Djauhari

Sugiono Djauhari, a former lecturer at Trisakti University, during his professional career has held the position of Director of PT First Pura Jaya and PT Panca Media Rumah Utama. Concurrently, he is also Commissioner of PT Waska Sentana. He joined PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk as Director in 1989 and since 2002 assumed the post of Independent Commissioner. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Trisakti University.

Independent Commissioner: Indra Simarta

Indra Simarta, appointed as an Independent Commissioner in March 2008, brought his worldwide experiences in the area of project development to the Company. Concurrently, he is also a Managing Director of Blue Antz Architects, Jakarta, which operates in office, outlet and hotel projects development in various parts of Jakarta. He formerly served as Director of PTI Architects (2004 – 2008) with projects in Jakarta and Bali, Director of Joshua International Architects, Sydney, Australia (1998–2004), Associate of PT Peddle Thorp Indonesia (1994–1998) with projects in Jakarta, Australia and Hongkong, Project Architect of PT Califa Pratama, Jakarta (1993-1994), Shimizu Lampiri Consultant, Jakarta (1992-1993), and Paul Jones and Associates Pty. Ltd., Perth (1989-1990). In addition to his Cert AD and Dip AD that were obtained from Leederville College of TAFE, Perth in 1986 and 1987, he also earned B App Sc from Curtin University of Technology, Perth in 1990 and B Arch from Curtin University of Technology, Perth in 1991.

Commissioner: E. Yudhistira Susiloputro

E. Yudhistira Susiloputro,, an experienced designer, began his career in Los Angeles as a Design Architect with Future System, Los Angeles. He then moved to assume the position of Associate Director of Glenwood L. Garvey & Associate in Santa Monica, California in 1988. Joining PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk in 1992, Mr. Susiloputro was appointed as Director (1995), Vice President Director (1997) and President Director from (1999-2006) and Commissioner in 2007. Since 2007 is appointed as Director at PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. He held a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Santa Monica, California, USA.

President Director: Meow Chong Loh

Meow Chong Loh joined Lippo Cikarang as President Director in 2007. He began his professional career as Senior Project Manager then as Executive Director at Pembinaan Desakota Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia. In 1989, he moved to the USA and became a partner in Uni Con Development and then President of Euston Development Corporation/Monfric Construction Inc. Returning to Asia in 1995, he oversaw the construction of two large coal powered plants in China. As Senior Vice President of Ascendas - A JTC Company, he involved in the complete development of large industrial parks in Vietnam and The Philippines during the Asian financial crisis. As General Manager for Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad, he completed the construction of a Nissan Car Assembly plant in Malaysia. Mr. Loh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the National Taiwan University in 1976.

Vice President Director: Ju Kian Salim

Ju Kian Salim was named Director of Lippo Cikarang in the AGM in May 2010. He obtained his Diplom-Ingineur in Architecture, Land and Urban Planners from the University of Applied Science Kaiserslauten, Germany in 2000. Born in Panipahan in 1973, Ju Kian Salim began his career in Architecture and Urban Planning at Architect Firm Prof. Dipl. Ing. Lothar Gotz & Partner in Germany, during the period of August 2000-September 2002. Then, in October 2002, he established a design consulting firm, Salim & Partner, and undertook several projects both in Indonesia and Germany until April 2007. During the period of May 2007-July 2009, he was Operation and Design Project Manager at PT Federal Investindo, a company that operates in retail, property and investment development.

Director: Ninik Prajitno

Prior to her appointment as the CFO of Lippo Homes, Mrs. Ninik Nathan, age 47, held various senior positions in the Company including Chief of Staff to the CEO and Chief of Marketing of Strata Malls. She was also the Associate Director of Consumer Banking of PT Lippo Bank Tbk and Director of PT Lippo Merchants Finance. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from University of Washington, Seattle, USA.

Director: Wahjudi N. Hadinata

Wahjudi N. Hadinata was appointed Director of Lippo Cikarang in the AGM in May 2010. He has been active in the property business since 1991 as Central Technic Manager at Plaza Surabaya owned by PT Mega (Salim Group). In 1994-1996, he was Project Manager of Cikarang Baru which is owned by PT Graha Buana Cikarang (Jababeka Group). Then, for approximately one year, he implemented the Cariu Project owned by PT Awani Modern Indonesia (Modern Group). He joined Lippo Group in 2005 as Division Head TMD at Lippo Karawaci, before holding the post of General Manager Estate at PT Bumi Serpong Damai. In 2008, he returned to Lippo Group as Division Head TMD until the present day. Mr. Hadinata was appointed Director at Hyundai Inti Development, and concurrently the Vice Chairman of Indonesia Corporate Real Estate Association of Banten Region. He attained his degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University’s Engineering Faculty in Bandung in 1991.

Director: David Iman Santosa

David Iman Santosa bergabung dengan Lippo Cikarang pada April 2012 sebagai Direktur. Memulai karirnya di PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk sebagai Personal Assistant to Planning Director (2002-2005), Senior Manager City Planner (2006-2010), dan hingga saat ini menjabat sebagai Senior Manager Planning and Property Development . Meraih gelar Master Science in Urban Planning & Design, Faculty of Architecture, Technical University Delft, Belanda tahun 2001.
